CM Punk Returns to WWE.

Honestly, I am not shocked by this happening. I thought it would occur back in September when WWE had Payback the same week as AEW. As I told many people that weekend. It was the single dumbest move TK would make in his short time being a promoter. To fire the most talked about wrestling in a decade, for good and bad. But also to fire him, in his hometown the weekend of what is suppose to be your 2nd biggest event of the year (3rd now that you insist to go to Europe the week before.) TK is a damn fool, and this year has greatly hurt him in the wrestling industry. In one move, WWE has taken TK's unofficial base of operations and probably their largest fanbase away from them.

What does this mean for WWE? Same as it did in AEW, short term reward with long term problems. There is no way that Punk can play for very long. And there are too many egos in the way of business as a whole. At this point he is the same as Cena or Lesnar. His best years are definitely behind him, but he also has the advantage of working a safer style. So there is potential for him not to injure himself. Let's hope for no stage dives this time around.

Harley Race defeats Ted DiBiase in a 2 out of 3 falls match to become NWA World Heavyweight Champion!

This would be his fourth championship reign in NWA. It lasted 302 days.

He would go on to hold the title an astounding 8 times! The only man to tie this feat in NWA was none other than Ric Flair.

Harley Race passed away on August 1, 2019 at the age of 79.

Luchasaurus has officially changed his name to KIllswitch, per the AEW website.

It seems as though Christian Cage's name changes for the wrestlers in his stable are, in fact, actual changes!
