Unfortunately, the humidity prevented the diamonds from drying out after last night's rain, and the fields are not playable. Church League, League Joe, and Ken Rock Youth Softball are cancelled for this evening.

Water levels have finally receded, and play has resumed at Mercyhealth Sportscore One! These first flood photos were taken exactly one month ago, when pedestrian paths, parking lots, fields, and diamonds were largely underwater.

Since the water went down, our maintenance staff has worked tirelessly to restore the complex and prepare it for tournaments and recreational league play. On May 9, Mercyhealth Sportscore One welcomed back competition with the One Nation Men’s D/C Moneyball Slo Pitch Softball Tournament, followed by the return of softball and soccer leagues.

Thank you to our hardworking maintenance staff for their quick turnaround in helping minimize the impact of the flooding and keeping delays to sports activities and recreational leagues as limited as possible.

The floodwaters have receded and the cleanup efforts have been furious, but we are getting close to returning to programming at Mercyhealth Sportscore One!

🥎 We will begin hosting weekend tournaments again on May 9, 2026, with the One Nation Men’s D/C Moneyball Slo Pitch Softball Tournament.

⚽ Soccer leagues will also return to action May 9-10 with games in the Youth International Soccer League and the Adult Men’s International Soccer League.

Unfortunately, due to flooding and standing water throughout the facility, including our ball diamonds, the IL Baseball Lead Off Weekend Tournament has been cancelled for this weekend, April 18-19, 2026.

Bike Path Update April 18, 2026: the bike path at Sportscore One is CLOSED until further notice. For your safety, please do NOT try to pass through standing water on the path. Water is much deeper than it appears. Please note, the river is not expected to crest until Monday and will rise 2 more feet between now and then. Please plan accordingly.
