💪🏻Debbie just hit her 1 year Blue Titan anniversary a few days ago on May 30th! She is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet & a great athlete to have in class. Debbie is super strong & powerful in many areas of CrossFit & has been killing in the strongman classes! She has years of training under her belt & continues to consistently grow because of her positive attitude, her coach-ability & attentiveness in class, & her high attendance. Debbie we absolutely love having you & can’t wait to see more future gains! -Coach Jen

🥊This month we are happy to name Derek as our Krav student of the month!
Derek started his Krav career full speed. Right after signing up he was committed & continues to commit to numerous classes a week, not shying away from sparring or stretching. In sparring he has made lots of progress as he is beginning to move more grounded. Every class he shows his interest to truly learn & understand Krav Maga by asking valuable questions & adjusting to feedback. He is a kind & respectful fellow mat mate who shows care for the ones he trains with. We are happy to have him on the mats with us & are curious to see where his Krav path will lead. ✨March 15th was the last time we did a KB sport competition 8:00 set.
✨Yesterday, ALL my athletes COMPLETED a 10:00 one time hand switch Long Cycle or Sn**ch set. ALL with amazing grit, determination, & wonderful form!!!
✨I am so beyond proud of ALL of my hard working KB crew! This stuff takes a different kind of mental toughness & damn, they ALL have it!

✨I want to highlight Anthony (our 2025 Student of the Year) & Chana!!!!
🔹Anthony went up by 20+ reps from his Long Cycle March score. Also, in March Anthony put the bell down early as he felt he could not complete the full 8:00. Yesterday, the 10:00 was a piece of cake for him with amazing form! 👏
🔹Chana went from 6:00 set in March to a killer 10:00 set yesterday! That’s a HUGE time jump in a short amount of time! AND she went up in bell weight from 15lbs to 20lbs!!! 👏
✨A little progress everyday always leads to big results!!!!
