Self Care Isn’t Self-ish 💜

“I found Studio M when I was 2 months postpartum and truly at one of my lowest points mentally and physically. I was searching for a place that would challenge me while still meeting me where I was in my journey. I’ve tried just about every fitness class out there, but nothing ever stuck the way Studio M has.

No two classes are ever the same, so it never gets boring, and every trainer pushes you to become the best version of yourself while making you feel supported along the way. One of the most incredible parts has been the community — women from all different walks of life coming together with the same goal: to better ourselves.
I never would have imagined that 9 months after having my son I would be over 40 pounds down and genuinely proud of what I see in the mirror.
