Cyclelates Part 2: Mat Pilates

After the high-energy spin portion of class, it's time to slow things down and focus on strength, control, and connection through Mat Pilates.

When April teaches Mat Pilates, she provides options for every fitness level. Each exercise includes a foundational movement, along with progressions and regressions, so you can choose the level that works best for your body and goals. Whether you're new to Pilates or have years of experience, you'll find a challenging and rewarding workout.
Every week brings fresh music and creative movement patterns designed to target muscles in different ways, keeping classes engaging and effective. You'll focus on strengthening your core, building glute strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall stability and balance. Intentional breathwork is woven throughout the class to help improve mind-body connection, support proper movement mechanics, and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Mat Pilates is the perfect complement to spin, helping to develop a strong, balanced body while improving flexibility, alignment, and functional strength for everyday life.
