We practice Duvall's AIMHI Hapkido!

This may not mean anything to you yet but it means loads to us. It means what we teach and what we expect of our students is an act of carrying on Grand Master Duvall's legacy. He entrusted it to us with high expectations and we are imparting that to you.

That means we are prepared to meet you where you are but we aren't prepared for you to stay there...."if you aren't growing, you're dying!"

New Students!

I love new students. They remind me how much I love this art! They remind how much this art teaches! They remind me how much our students, even the newest, have learned and get to pass on!

Let me tell you... if you're not training with us, you are missing out! It is soooo good!

⏳ Skill isn't built overnight. It's built one small adjustment at a time.

One of our instructors put it perfectly: *"I recognize that skill is built over time with one small adjustment or improvement in each class. Tweaking and refining, working on the correct movements and emphasizing repetition — while waiting for the 'ah-ha' moments."*

⚫ Earning a black belt is not the end. It's just the beginning.
