❤️💛 TEAM RI — MORE THAN A SHIRT.
This year, our varsity team wanted to create something that represented who we want to be—not just as volleyball players, but as a team.
We sat in front of our goal board and started with a simple question:
What are the words we want to live by this season?
The girls shared words, ideas, and values that were important to them. We took our time, talked through them, and worked together to turn those ideas into something that truly felt like us.
That’s how TEAMRI was born:
T — Together
E — Empowerment
A — Accountability
M — Motivation
R — Respect
I — Intensity
These six words weren’t randomly picked or thrown together for a shirt. They came directly from our athletes and represent the standard they want to hold themselves and each other to throughout this season.
