They say new months are for new beginnings right. Well after a good 5 yr run, a good line of clientele, I have finally made the decision to take a step back from training. This has been a super hard choice to make. On one hand I love, love, love to help everyone, especially my ladies, but on the other hand it’s leaving me little to no room to help myself. 2024 has been a roller coaster of a year. I went thru some terrible sh*t, all while having the most amount of clients Ive ever had. Not being able to focus on my own self work, sent me, about July to my break point. I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to get out of that. Mentally I’m a one man band, taking on others issues was just me completely ignoring my own. So during the summer when I went on vacation and just completely shut off the world, I thought, and thought some more. I made the decision, to close RehabSelf Inc.. Now I’m not saying this is forever, I’m just saying for now. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve coming 2025. So honestly no I’m not sad, I’m relieved. I set a goal, I accomplished it, and finished it thru and thru. Now I’m back to the industry that I’ve excelled in for many years 🤌🏼 Cheers to me finally after so many years, taking care of me
