Our goal is to train the mind, body, and spirits of our students through martial arts. We here at the Northern Shaolin School of Kung Fu want to develop good moral character, strong work ethics, and have fun through martial arts. Classes are held at 2354-B Ebenezer Rd., Rock Hill, SC Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. We hold classes for children starting as young as 5 years old all the way up to adult. Last week we worked on the guillotine choke during one of our Kung Fu classes. Later that week during our Saturday Judo class with Sensei Jon Beck, we were able to work on some pointers he gave us to improve the technique. Even though the styles are different, the goal remains the same! Efficient and effective techniques for real life scenarios!
