Our goal is to train the mind, body, and spirits of our students through martial arts. We here at the Northern Shaolin School of Kung Fu want to develop good moral character, strong work ethics, and have fun through martial arts. Classes are held at 2354-B Ebenezer Rd., Rock Hill, SC Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. We hold classes for children starting as young as 5 years old all the way up to adult. We make all our students learn the basic names of the stances in Mandarin and Cantonese. Why you ask...because it is good to have a basic understanding of the names and their underlying meaning(s). Understanding the words helps you unlock how to perform and use whatever it is you are training!
