A little late post, but I am so proud of this team for their outstanding finish at our final prep tournament before nationals! To most people, this might not seem like a huge accomplishment.. 2nd in Gold at a local tournament.. but for this group, it represents so much more! It represents a long season of ups and downs, almosts and heartbreaks, and getting knocked down multiple times but CHOOSING to keep getting back up, keep trusting the process, and keep working to get a little bit better every day, and this weekend… it finally paid off! This group put on a show this weekend and it was so much fun to watch! While it may not have ended the way we wanted, the weekend overall was the most competitive, team-first volleyball we had played in one full weekend and it was exciting!! I could not be more proud of this team for their growth this season! They are so much fun to be around and I cannot wait to watch them take on AAU Nationals in a few weeks! Let’s go Storm!
