A great way to get in a workout is working on the teardrop bag. You don’t need a whole block of time. Start with 3 x 3 minute rounds with a 30 second break in between each round.
That’s it.
Round 1️⃣ – Find your rhythm. Focus on movement, breathing, and clean punches.
Round 2️⃣ – Increase the pace. Add combinations and keep your feet moving.
Round 3️⃣ – Empty the tank. Push the pace and finish strong.
As your conditioning improves, progress to:
✅ 4 rounds of 3 minutes
✅ 5 rounds of 3 minutes
✅ 6 rounds of 3 minutes
Before you know it, you’ve built real boxing conditioning, burned calories, relieved stress, and developed skills that transfer outside the gym.
Don’t overcomplicate fitness.
3 minutes.
1 round at a time.
Consistency beats intensity every time.
