My father, Ray Conrad, built his own business from scratch designing and manufacturing high powered hunting lights in the late 90s. Like many Americans, we spend our summers at the beach where golf carts are more valuable than cars. After decades of needing to charge our carts after an hour of use, we dove headfirst into this market hoping we'd find a solution worth using permanently, and that we did! I installed 3 of these batteries in a 36v golf cart about a year ago. They work great, so I ordered one to use on a small single tire aircraft tug that uses a 1 horsepower 12 volt DC motor. When I first hooked it up it didn’t work. There is a “button” (which my golf cart batteries don’t have) next to the positive terminal; I wasn’t sure what it was for, but I pushed it anyway and now it works. It must be some sort of reset. I really like the maintenance free aspect of these batteries versus the lead acid variety.

We were on our first day of a week long vacation when we had an issue with our charger. We contacted customer service after hours on a Sunday, and to our surprise the instantly responded. They shipped us a new charger the next morning and got us back up and running!!
