We will not be at the Twin Cities Farmers Market the next 2 Saturdays. So you will have to stop by on the 26th! This year is very limited on 50/50 ticket sales days. The pot is growing a little each time!

Our organization would like to take a moment and thank Shane Theiss, a former board member, for being an important part of getting our water ski organization started, planting a seed in our communities to provide a community based form of entertainment!

As Shane moves his focus in other directions, this leaves an opening on our board that we need to fill to continue to be a non-profit organization. We are also looking for several others to join us, so we have a well rounded board to continue our efforts to get a local team on the water to provide free community entertainment at Sewards Park in Rock Falls. These positions are all volunteer. You do not have to have a background in waterskiing, but it is helpful.

We had 132 ducks! They went for a swim today and ended up going upstream, lol. The winning duck numbers are:

1st place-$132- #155
2nd place-$66- #50
3rd place-$33- #2
Last place- big rubber duck- #100

Winners will be contacted this week to distribute the winnings!

Thank you to all who purchased ducks and support our team building efforts. We know it is a slow process, but worth it, every effort helps!

Prizes for the duck race today are $1 for every duck sold for 1st, half of 1st place amount for 2nd, & half of 2nd place amount for 3rd place, plus a special prize for the last place duck! Who knows who will win, the river is in charge on this one 😉. Current prize money is at $100, $50, and $25, and growing! Ducks on sale until 2:45ish today!

Last day to buy tickets for the duck race is tomorrow!! Stop in at The 9th Hole Mini Golf & More’s Mobile 18 trailer at Sewards Park from 10-2:45ish, during the Rock Falls River Chase! 99 ducks sold so far! The more ducks, the more bucks 😉
