We are committed! 6 days a week for 13 weeks.
That’s
13 weeks of a structured nutrition plan.
13 weeks of our natural supplements.
13 weeks of a of a workout program designed to get the results we’re looking by training without over training.
13 weeks of whatever kind of fun, craziness, motivation, inspiration, and prizes that Heather and I can dream up.

Not only are we dedicated to becoming the best version of us that we can be, but we’re dedicated to helping you become the best you can be AND learn to love the process of doing it.

This new program is designed to help you reach your peak regardless of your fitness level.

Today our group opened for registration and we want YOU to go all in with us. We will help you pick the right supplements and nutrition plan to meet your goals. Then we will keep you motivated and inspired to press play and get your workout in everyday.

Our group will be starting Monday, August 2nd. Don’t worry, you can do this workout wherever you are or even take it to the gym with you and do it anytime of the day that works for you,

It’s available to VIP’s and coach’s now(these are both options for you, even if you’re new) and we’re taking preorders for the customer release on July 19th.

I haven’t always been the biggest fan of zucchini, but this recipe changed that forever!

Chicken Parm Zucchini Boats!
So good, and simple to make!!

2 zucchini
1 lbs ground Chicken
1 c natural tomato sauce
1/4 c parm cheese
1/4 c mozzarella cheese

Cook chicken in skillet until no longer pink. Add sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens (3-5 min).

Cut zucchini in half length wise. Spoon out center leaving a cavity. Fill with chicken mixture. Top with cheeses. Bake, covered in foil for 30 min at 400°. Remove foil, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes.
Serves 4. Enjoy!

I’ve been hitting the mountain bike trails with Jacoby over the last week so when I woke up and saw it was legs day...you can say I was less than motivated to get out of bed and press play. Lucky, we a little push from and finding some motivation scrolling through our accountability group (Faith, Weights, & Protein Shakes) I got up and crushed legs day. Now off to work to sit at my desk and hopefully not move too much🤣🤣🤣.

Food is fuel and fueling your body with the right foods will help you perform at your peak performance.

Check out this healthy salmon I made tonight.

Garlicky-Orange Marmalade Salmon

1 1/2 lbs Salmon Filet
1/4 c Orange Marmalade
2 Tbsp Liquid Aminos
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt

Directions:
Pre Heat oven to 400°

Combine marmalade, liquid aminos and garlic.

Spread 1/2 of marmalade mixture on fish. Place on broiler pan, bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes or until fish starts to flake. (Don’t fully cook)

Remove fish spread remaining marmalade on fish, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until marmalade starts to caramelize.

Remove from oven, let set 5 minutes and enjoy!

(Pairs great with sautéed spinach and brown rice)
