🍂 As we settle into fall here at BayCreek, we can’t help but look back on what a spectacular summer it was for SUP Yoga — a floating yoga class held on stand up paddle boards

Nearly every class was full and the beautiful weather made the creek the perfect “floating classroom.” We welcomed many returners who couldn’t wait to get back on the boards, and we loved seeing so many first-timers rally up the courage to try something new.

For those of you who haven’t had a chance to try it yet, SUP Yoga begins and ends slow and meditative ~ and in between it’s thrilling and exhilarating. 🧘‍♀️🏄🏽‍♀️

This has been a tradition at BayCreek for over 10 years, and we’re already counting the days until next season! 🌞
