Rochester Wrestling Club youth registration goes LIVE TODAY!

We have 3 levels available, including our first girls-only youth wrestling practice!

Get your littles registered ASAP. You will not find a better program to help you instill discipline, hard work, dedication, team work, and mental and physical toughness in your son or daughter. It’s also a great martial art for self-defense.

If your athlete is just starting out or still a novice, these are three great programs. If you’ve got a stud on your hands and need a more advanced program, come to Unchained Wrestling Academy. I’ve got a fun group of hammers (boys and girls) that supplement their RWC practices with me up at UWA.

With school starting, practice times are changing! Starting Wednesday, Aug 5th:

Mondays and Wednesdays

Beginner/Advanced Grades 1-6: 4-5pm (this would be a great time to sign up your beginning wrestler)

Advanced Grades 7-8: 6-7pm

Advanced 9-12: 6:30-7:30pm

Get registered for our Grades 1-6 and 7-12 groups. Beginners group might be coming as well…stay tuned!

Starting March 30th: Mondays and Wednesdays…Grades 1-6, 4-5pm. Grades 7-12, 5-6pm.

I very rarely ever take credit…actually I don’t think I ever have but take a look at this years RMS Conference Championship Team: 5 out of the 7 champs trained with UWA from April 2025 to now and the 6th champ trained all Spring and Summer with UWA. 11 kids pictured, train at UWA regularly with at least 2 more not pictured.

From this year’s HS team (Boys & Girls): 9 Boy SS Qualifiers - 5 trained at UWA. 4 Boys State Qualifiers - 3 trained at UWA. 2 Girls State Qualifiers - 1 trained at UWA.

I don’t know how much their training at UWA positively impacted their results, but I can say with 100% certainty that it sure didn’t make them worse. 😉

Spring Registration is open for grades 1-6 and 7-12, for experienced wrestlers only...two full seasons are recommended!

Monday and Wednesday from 6-7pm. As we get further into Spring, you will have the option to move to 3-4 practices per week. You can use the link or the QR Code to Register.

A few of our studs wrestling at The Hammer yesterday held by the Boilermaker RTC. Plenty of matches and a bunch wins. They watched Purdue win all 3 of their duals, saw some Indiana Boys, and got a picture with my buddy Brian Anderson, who is the Director of the Player Personnel with the BRTC.
