💆‍♀️ What is self-care, really? ✨ Perhaps it’s the practice of listening to ourselves — honoring what our body, mind, and energy need, and making space to nurture all the parts of who we are.

✨ Carlily Care By Carlily LLC 🌸 is the perfect person to ask. Through the nurturing classes and services she brings to The Collective, she approaches self-care as a connection between body, energy, and our natural rhythms.

You can experience Carlily’s work through Yoga for Body Connection on Mondays at 4:30pm here at The Aligned Collective, Reiki Energetic Alignment, Universal Alignment, Energy Tending, and The Alignment Circle.

💛 Her work weaves together nutrition, somatic yoga, Reiki and energy work, Ayurveda, elemental wisdom, and cyclical living — bridging the science of the body with the wisdom of the soul.

Carlily holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition, is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master, and has continued her studies in elemental herbalism, Ayurveda, astrology, ancestral healing, and cyclical living. 🌙
