Rochester Family Martial Arts Our primary focus is to develop "self-defense" skills in our students, while also improving physical (etc.) We want to help students reach their goals.

Who we are

Rochester Family Martial Arts is a NEW school that offers training in TaeKwonDo, Hapkido, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Judo. We are certified to teach through the UTF (United Taekwondo Federation) and the GTA (Global Taekwondo Alliance). Our Goal

Our primary focus is to develop "self-defense" skills in our students, while also improving physical strength, balance, and willpower

. Our mission is to not simply "teach" our students how to fight, but instead, lead them towards a lifetime of self improvement, dedicated to mind, body, and soul. Who should learn martial arts? Martial arts are intended for everyone ages 3 - 103. Our program is not meant for a privilaged few, but instead designed for anyone, regardless of physical abilities, prior knowledge, strength, or flexibility. Our program
