Volunteer of the Month: Shannon Hanlon

This month, we’re recognizing Shannon Hanlon as our Volunteer of the Month.

Shannon also serves on the board of the Rochester Youth Football League and Cheerleaders, and her commitment to bringing our two organizations together has made a real difference.

Their volunteers helped make the Kids Summer Series a success by keeping games organized, welcoming, and safe for participating families.

Thank you, Shannon, for helping build a partnership that strengthens our community. We look forward to continuing to grow it.

We will be using Gold Athletics for fundraising this year. If this is successful, it could mean that we don’t have to do tagging next year… just saying… we do look for alternatives 😁

Gold Athletics is an easy, team-based fundraising program that helps our athletes raise money for their team through online fundraising. The platform is simple to use, and families can easily share the fundraiser with friends and family (both local and non-local).

A member of the Gold Athletics team will join us tomorrow, explain how it works, and provide tips on how to best support our fundraising efforts.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
