HAC Athletics

HAC Athletics The Allendale Columbia School and The Harley School maintain a joint athletic program to offer the best possible athletic options for their student-athletes.

By combining student bodies and resources, as well as faculty for coaching purposes, both schools can offer a dynamic sports program that fully supports the physical, mental, and social development of each participant. By providing a variety of team sports experiences, the HAC athletic program helps students learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and good citizenship while establishing good habits that prepare them for the future. Our student athletes experience kinship and competition, while learning to win and lose gracefully. They also develop positive values and time management skills that will benefit them for life.

Our HAC varsity student-athletes showed incredible grit, heart, and talent across the board last night!

Here’s a recap of yesterday's action:

🏐 VARSITY VOLLEYBALL
The Wolves battled through 5 intense sets to pull off a thrilling 3-2 victory over Bishop Kearney!

Final Sets: 27-25, 25-21, 19-25, 22-25, 15-11

✨Some Individual Stats:

Ellie G.: 16 kills, 13 digs

Quinn B.: 17 digs, 5 kills

Evelyn B.: 14 digs, 5 assists

With the win, Varsity Volleyball improves to 4-1 on the season! Fantastic effort by the whole squad! 💪🔥

The Varsity Boys and Girls teams opened up their Private-Parochial League season yesterday, taking on the toughest course on the schedule at Ellison Park - and they delivered some amazing performance! 👏

🐺🔥 Congrats to the Wolves who picked up wins in both varsyty girls tennis and varsity volleyball yesterday!

🎾 Varsity Girls Tennis: HAC (4) @ Bishop Kearney (1)
The Wolves put on a dominant performance in Rochester to capture the 4-1 team victory!

#1 Singles: Frances B. fought hard in a tough battle against BK's Elle D. (2-6, 0-6).

#2 Singles: Rose H-S won against Raella S-F. in straight sets (6-0, 6-4).

#3 Singles: HAC Sophomore Haven C. earned a victory over Liliana K. (6-1, 6-2).

#1 Doubles: Chloe T. & Sofia D. won in straight sets over Teide H. & Jocelyn P. winning (6-0, 6-0).

#2 Doubles: Anna S. & Zoe B. capped off the sweep with another pristine win over Reilly S. & Adrianna D. (6-0, 6-0).

🎾 The Wolves are 3-1 on the season and will host Aquinas tomorrow at Allendale Columbia School at 5:00 PM

HAC's Varsity Girls Tennis team went head-to-head in a thriller against Our Lady of Mercy, coming down to the wire in a tight 4-3 battle.

🎾 Chloe T. was victorious at #1 Singles with a clean 6-3, 6-2 victory!
🎾 Anna S. locked in a strong 6-4, 6-3 win at #4 Singles!
