ROCA's commitment to inclusion extends far beyond ABC. They have created a welcoming environment where people of all abilities can experience joy and challenge of climbing. ROCA opened their doors to ABC for a monthly accessible climbing outing for the people we serve more than three years ago. They have continued to invest in adaptative equipment, accessible spaces, staff training and opportunities that make climbing more inclusive for everyone.

But it is about so much more than reaching the top of a wall. ROCA has created a place where people can challenge themselves, try something new, socialize and celebrate every accomplishment. Whether that means reaching the top or simply getting one foot off of the ground.

🎆 Happy upcoming 4th of July!

Just a reminder that ROCA will be closing earlier on Friday at 6pm and will be closed on Saturday, July 4 so our staff can enjoy the holiday with family and friends.

We'll be back to our regular hours (10am-6pm) on Sunday, and we can't wait to see you back on the walls!

Roca Warrior Challenge is back!

Are you ready to elevate your climbing, crush new goals, and claim ultimate bragging rights?

Starting Monday, June 22, we are kicking off our 6-Week Warrior Challenge and it's completely FREE for members ($5 for non-members)!

How to Participate:
Grab a Scorecard: Pick one up at the front desk after the start date.

Earn Points: Complete challenges by Sunday, August 2. Harder challenges earn more points.

Climb the Leaderboard: Turn in your scorecard as you hit milestones to get your name on the board and claim rewards.

Win Big: The top scorers in both the Youth and Adult (14+) divisions will take home awesome prizes!

Our route setting team has been hard at work throughout the early parts of the summer, continuously turning over both rope and boulder routes to keep the climbing fresh, fun, and challenging for everyone.

Whether you’re chasing your next grade, working on technique, or just looking for something new to try, you’ll find new climbs waiting for you each week. Be sure to thank our setters when you see them—they put in countless hours behind the scenes to create an amazing climbing experience for our community!

What an incredible season for Roca’s Youth Climb Team! 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️

At our annual team BBQ tonight, we celebrated a year of hard work, growth, and achievement, while recognizing our graduating seniors: Brynn, Quinn, Evan, and Mason. We are so proud of everything you have contributed to our team and wish you the very best in your next adventures!

We also honored our 2026 Varsity Letter recipients:
Brynn, Willa, Tristan, Lincoln, Kailyn, Addie, Brayden, Jocelyn, Lilly, Annika, and Nick.
Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition of your dedication and accomplishments!

As a team, we had an outstanding competitive season:
⭐ 4th place out of 14 teams at Regionals in Bouldering
⭐ 3rd place out of 13 teams at Regionals in Ropes
⭐ 10 climbers qualified for Divisionals in Bouldering
⭐ 14 climbers qualified for Divisionals in Ropes
⭐ 10th place out of 23 teams at Divisionals in Ropes
⭐ 11th place out of 26 teams at Divisionals in Bouldering

And the excitement isn’t over yet! We are thrilled that Addie and Brayden have qualified for USA Climbing Nationals in Salt Lake City this summer. We will be cheering them on every step of the way!

Thank you to our coaches, athletes, and families for your commitment, support, and enthusiasm throughout the season. This team’s success is built on the strength of our entire climbing community. We can’t wait to see what next season brings!

Our Route Setters were hard at work this past weekend putting up a TON of new routes all throughout the gym! 🔥🧗

What an incredible weekend for our Youth Climb Team at the USAC Bouldering Divisionals at North Mass Bouldering gym in IN! 🎉🧗

A huge shoutout to our athletes:
Addie, Kailyn, Norah, Lilly, Annika, Jack, Everett, David, Brayden, and Dominic for representing Roca with strength, determination, resilience, and outstanding sportsmanship all season long. 💜

Our team placed 11th out of 26 teams across a division spanning 12 states — from West Virginia all the way to North Dakota! What an amazing accomplishment for our athletes and program!

We are also excited to celebrate Addie in qualifying for USAC Nationals in both Ropes and Bouldering as well as Brayden in Ropes this summer in Salt Lake City, where they will compete against the top athletes from across the entire country!🔥

We are so proud of every climber for the hard work, dedication, and support they showed one another throughout the season! 💪🪨
