Eliminating momentum and just focusing on nice slow and controlled reps. Keeping the movement slower (especially the negative ) will help ensure you keep tension in the muscle you're trying to work so you get better activation and results building muscle in the long run.I'm accepting new clients for 1-on-1 personal training if you live in San Diego & also online clients if you aren't local!
