Took advantage of the warm weather to investigate some of the issues with our dock. Hoping by next spring to have a level, fully floating dock. But lots more work and $$$ needed. Stay tuned.

Sun, sprinkles, and wind at the Head of the Mississippi. A fun final regatta of the season for the adult team with loads of great competition. Midday the wind was a steady 20 mph (during the masters women's double), and three youth small boat races were canceled, but otherwise all races went on as planned. Thanks Minneapolis Rowing Club for hosting a great well-run event!

Rainy day at Easter Lake in Des Moines, but shiny medals certainly brighten things up. 9 youth and 8 adults, including 3 novice adults (1 parent turned rower!) showed up and everyone went home with medals. Got to practice our wet launching skills too, might come in handy for a potential temporary move to Cascade Lake beach in a couple weeks.
Next up, Head of the Mississippi for the adults and Head of the Rock for the youth.
Thank you Des Moines Rowing for hosting, love your facilities.

A small but dedicated crew attended the Duluth Regetta last weekend. Enjoyed beautiful weather, a well organized event, and brought home First Place medals in the Master Women’s Quad under 50. Go RRC. Thank you Duluth Rowing Club
