Upward families, the new season dates will be rolled out soon…but today, stop by Bruster’s on Long Pond to say hi to Vicky! She will be inside serving your ice cream from 4pm-6pm and helping support Refuge Student Ministries. You get to enjoy a declicious ice cream with your purchase also supporting our youth. Hope to see you there!

And if you have students 7th-12th grade, be sure to check out Refuge on Friday nights at 7pm in the gym at Greece Assembly!

Free Parent Session during practices this week! Classes are at 5:35 PM, 6:20 PM, and 7:05 PM in Room 217 -- 30 minutes in length!

Technology, social media, and the digital world has changed our culture. We will provide insight and resources for how we can help our children successfully navigate it as they grow into adulthood.

We are excited for practices this week!!! Parents, we invite you to join us for a free parenting seminar being offered during your child’s practice this week (February 2, 3 and 5).

"Creating a Safe Space at Home -- Becoming the Person Your Child Runs To."

Our lead pastor, Pat Medeiros, will explore how you can build relationships with your children rooted in love, patience, and understanding. You’ll learn practical tools to create an environment where your children feel safe to be honest, ask questions, and find guidance -- even when they begin entering their teenage years.

The session will be in Room 217 and be 35 minutes in length, starting again five minutes into each practice time (5:35 PM, 6:20 PM, 7:05 PM). And feel free to bring a friend!

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity!
