Nautilus equipment, free weight area, racquetball courts, saunas, assessments, Cardio area, daily classes included in membership. We offer ROCK STEADY BOXING for those battling Parkinson's, Silver Sneakers specialty classes and a variety of classes available to everyone and included in membership! We accept the following Insurance Plans: Renew Active, Silver & Fit, AARP at your Best & Silver Sneakers. Classes such as Yoga, Total Body Xpress, Lunch Hour Rush, indoor Cycling (seasonal), Morning Iron II, 2 the Max Boot Camp, Pop Up Classes, Motivate (a newly added 30 minute class for beginners! All classes are available to Non Members for only $5 per class or a class pass can be purchased for as low as $70 for 20 classes of your choice. We also offer MASSAGE THERAPY AND SPA SERVICES SUCH AS MANICURES, PEDICURES, FACIALS, FOOT CARE served with complimentary refreshments! Amenities included: towels, saunas, nursery available (during hours of operation, without attendant), 2 volleyball/walleyball and racquetball courts, lockers with keys, various rooms to workout in privately, daily encouragement, three personal trainers and a very friendly & awesome staff!

We’d like to welcome Nicky to our Wellness Team!

Hello everyone!
I’m Nicky Shaum, and I just recently moved to Rochester, Indiana.

Life has been full of big, exciting changes lately—including getting married!

When I’m not busy settling into our new home,
you can usually find me:

Spending quality time with my family and friends, Getting lost in a good book
or Working hard on my health and fitness goals!

I’m really looking forward to connecting with new neighbors, exploring the local community, and seeing what Rochester has to offer.

• Total Body Xpress 9-9:45 am
• Silver Sneakers 10:30-11:15 am
• Lunch Hour Rush 11:45am- 12:30pm
• 🆕 Cardio Drumming 5:15-6 pm
• Evening Yoga 6-7 pm

Tuesday-
• Morning Iron 9-9:45 am

Wednesday-
• Interval Training 9-9:45 am
• Silver Sneakers 10:30-11:15 am

What a fun day at the parade! 🎉 Our Silver Sneakers class had 18 members participate, and everyone found their own way to join in the fun—some decorated, some walked, some rode, and some tossed candy to the crowd! 🍬

We were also thrilled to have staff members Susan, Eric, Kennedie, and Pastor Larry Pyeatt join us. It was such a wonderful time of laughter, fellowship, and making memories together! ❤️

We love our Silver Sneakers family and the joy they bring to every event! What a great day! 🎊
