Thanks to everyone who came out to Northern Heights tonight to clean up the trail... especially the first-timers!

We had two mowers running, a w**d whacker, people replanting ferns, chopping branches and then ran the leaf blower for the cherry on top.... in other words it's PRISTINE!

🚵‍♂️Whether you're hopping on your bike for the first time this year or looking to log serious miles through the Driftless, the Med City Meander has a route for you. The classic 15 and 25-mile Meanders wind through Rochester's trail network, while the brand-new 50-mile Rochester Rotary Ramble ventures northeast through rolling hills to Viola, Elgin, and Plainview via the Great River Ridge State Trail. Rider support and rest stops are available along the way.🫗

🎈Families with younger kids aren't left out either — Olmsted County Public Health is hosting a FREE kid-friendly obstacle course at the afterparty, no registration required.

Dirty Rascals are crushing spring gravel! The season hasn’t officially started, but watch the RASC calendar and Discord channel for periodic rides https://www.rasc-mn.org/road-gravel-biking. Regularly scheduled Thursday evening rides begin May 7. Each week there are three route distances for different pace groups. RWGPS routes and start locations are posted on the calendar a day or two before the ride. Come for the ride and stay after to swap stories and socialize. New riders are always welcome!

🚨 RMBT Athlete Registration is NOW OPEN 🚨

It’s go time. If your rider is finishing grades 5–11 and ready for trails, teamwork, and a little dirt in their teeth, the Rochester Mountain Bike Team is ready for them. All ability levels welcome, from brand new riders to seasoned racers.

Season includes practices, skill development, and a 4-race series (including a hometown race in Rochester 🙌).

Alex was one of us, could’ve been any of us, so as we mourn, all of us can come together in unity to remember Alex for what he was. A kind and caring soul put on this earth to be the light for others.

Although his light has been extinguished by this violent regime, it hasn’t been lost. If anything, those sparks fell and ignited something in us that’s been hiding all along. We are stronger together, and they can’t take us all.

Please join us for a roll on Saturday 1/31 heading out from Little Thistle. We'll meet starting at 1pm and head out at 130pm.
