What if there's rain? I have a few "super secret" spots I'll take you to in order to stay somewhat dry in inclement weather. When do you meet? May through October: Meet by the Duck Pond at the Rochester Municipal Park. Tues & Thurs Mornings:
While schools are in session: 5:30-6:30am
When school is on summer break: 6-7am and Wednesday evening HIIT from 6:30pm-7pm. November - April: We meet usually meet at a local gym on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30am but COVID taught us we can be outside in winter, too! This past year, we continued through winter in the parking structure behind City Tavern. We may do that again this year, too. What should I bring? Bring light weights if you have them (we'll be running with them so they don't need to be heavy), a water bottle, & a towel to lay on. A small drawstring backpack is helpful to carry your stuff in.

A little about me:
Thanks for visiting my page! I am Becky Uhlenhake; mom of 2, semi-casual runner, lover of FUN fitness. I've been involved in sports and fitness for most of my life, and started teaching a variety of classes at an amazing local gym in 2014. The owner of the gym shifted gears and closed its small doors to eventually open up a large gym. In the interim, myself, gym clients & friends wanted to continue to work hard on our fitness goals, and I started my outdoor boot camps in the spring of 2016. My focus is teaching good techniques, leading tough workouts with modifications for EVERY fitness level, and having a GREAT time while doing it. Every workout is different. I work hard to bring you well-rounded classes that give you a total body workout that's fun, and leaves you looking forward to the next class. I hope you can join us!
