Classes will be cancelled this Saturday as our coaches travel with our fighters. We want to wish our teammates Jessica and Omar "Good Luck" as they demonstrate the BEDROC Striking Program at two separate contests, Jess locally and Omar on the National Stage.

Grappling Industries - January 2026 🤼‍♀️

Small crew went to Syracuse through the mini snow storm to throw some folks around.. Had a great time knocking the rust off of Chippy and Chris while George earned his stripes on his inaugural outing !!!
