Miguel Cabrera started his brilliant career for the Miami Marlins in 2003-07. Be on the 2003 World Series Champions as a MLB Rookie. Get traded to the Detroit Tigers in December of 2007. Kept his good journey going in 2008-23. Good Homecoming this weekend for Miggy in Miami. Brilliant 20 year career in the MLB for both teams. Marlins get on your feet this weekend. Talk about his amazing life & career. Venezuela loves playing ⚾ year round. It is his country he grew up & raise at in the past years..... ⚾ Hall of Famer.....

Here's another Courtney!

Good morning Superkicks fans!!! It's going to be a beautiful day, so why not get it started out right?

We are all looking for that 10 Step process that will improve our lives or the lives of the ones we love. Well have them detailed for you below:

1. Stretch your body for 5 minutes as you wake up.

2. Jump out of the bed & into the shower.

3. Get dressed in some comfortable gym attire.

4. Have a nutritious breakfast.

5. Get into your car, walk or run to Downtown Rochester.

6. Walk through the door at 105 South Main by 9:45 a.m.

7. Say good morning to Mr. Roop.

8. Check out the world below your feet.

9. Find your state, country or president and stand at attention.

10. Smile because you've just been given the key to success & your life is about to change!
