Parents! Any plans for the day off school on June 19th yet?

If you’re looking to get the kids off screens and burning off some serious energy, we have a few spots left for our Dynamic Adventure Day Camp next Friday!

We're taking over the gym for a full day of Parkour workshops (safely learning to jump, vault, and climb over obstacles) plus a ton of massive movement games. It’s basically the ultimate active recess.

Also huge shout out to for letting us beta test his new scoring format for skill comps. It was a great success and there's a lot of promise to making these Skill comps easier to format and easier to score for athletes.

With excitement, we are happy to be announcing that The Rochester Parkour Gym has a new name! Dynamic Movement Gym!

It's been an incredible honor to have served Rochester for the last 18 years under our old name, but we think Dynamic is better suited and representative of the amazing, diverse community that has supported it throughout its life.

Our vision is the same - to create an environment that can foster a community where people come together and move in unique and beneficial ways that nurtures their physical and mental health. A place where toddlers, teenagers, young professionals, and grandparents can all find joy and inspiration in movement.

We are one of the longest running parkour gyms in the world, all thanks to this incredible community.
