Greetings CBL Families,

Registration is officially OPEN for the CBL 2026 Basketball League, and we are getting pumped to kick off another amazing season at our new Bishop Kearney location! 🏀🔥

It’s absolutely freezing out there today 🥶—and if your child’s school happens to be closed on Monday, we’ve got a foolproof plan to keep them busy and prepare them for the season.

When you hear the famous words “I’m bored…”, simply respond with:

25 jumping jacks

Wall sits until their legs shake a little

Defensive slides across the living room

A little dribbling in the basement (or wherever valuables are safe 😅)

Nothing fancy—just enough to burn energy, build skills, and remind them basketball season is right around the corner (and keep them out of your hair for a bit).

🏀 Team Placement Day – Mark Your Calendar!
We will begin the season on Saturday, March 7th with Team Placement at:

Bishop Kearney High School
125 Kings Hwy S
Rochester, NY 14617

⏰ Placement Times (1-hour session):

PeeWee (Ages 7–9): 11:00 PM

Junior (Ages 10–13): 12:30 PM

Senior (Ages 14–18): 2:00 PM

👉 Please ensure your child attends their scheduled 1-hour placement session, as this helps us create balanced teams for the season.

$55 Includes game shirt, 7 in season games and playoffs, End of Season Banquet and trophies. (Trophies are for all children under 10 and older children will earn a trophy if they win in the playoff.)

Welcome back to another thrilling season of basketball!

Our season officially kicks off this Saturday, March 16th. We're still accepting registrations, HURRY because spaces are limited. Register online ($55) at centeredbasketballleague.com or ($50) in person (cash only) on March 16th.

Location: Vertus High School 21 Humboldt St, Rochester, NY 14609

Time:
3:30pm 7-9 yrs
4:30pm 10-13 yrs
5:30pm 14-18 yrs

Here's what you can expect on Saturday: your child will engage in some drills followed by an exhilarating game. After the games, our coaches will carefully select teams to ensure an even distribution of skill levels. This process ensures that every team has the opportunity to compete fairly and enjoyably throughout the season.

Your child will have 1 practice on Tuesday or Thursday and 1 game each Saturday.
