Here is a great drill if you struggle with clearing your torso throughout the swing. It can also be used as a segmental over speed exercise to some degree. As torso rotation through impact is primarily driven by the posterior sling from the left shoulder down through the right glute, the band assists in activating the mechanic. Give it a go!!

Here we are working on weight shift, lateral drive off the left side and lead side structure at impact. He works through his twitch protocols on his non training days of which we designed a fully customized goal oriented progressive program.
