🌺 ALOHA, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS! 🏈

Last night we officially kicked off FNL with some of our favorite people ...... our future Rochester cheerleaders! 💙🤍

Youth Night went Hawaiian 🌺 and our sidelines were FULL of Rams! From our littlest cheerleaders all the way up to Varsity, we loved seeing everyone together, cheering loud and showing that RAM PRIDE! 🐏📣

Thank you to all of our youth cheerleaders for joining us and making our first Friday night under the lights such a fun one! 💙

Next week, our Varsity girls are back on the sidelines and we’re going NEON! 💚🩷💛🧡

Rochester, pull out those BRIGHT colors and come light up Friday night with us!!!!

On Friday, September 18th, join us under the Friday night lights as we honor Tanner and support the mission of the Tanner Dietrich Foundation — spreading kindness, raising su***de awareness, providing resources, and reminding our kids and our community that they are never alone!

The Kona Ice was sweet, but the memories were even sweeter.
For the third year in a row, some of our favorite IUP cheerleaders joined us for two days of camp, sharing their talent, knowledge, and love of the sport with our athletes. Thank you for investing in our program and helping our girls grow both on and off the sidelines.
We have one more day of camp ahead of us before it's almost time to hit the sidelines and cheer on our Rams. 💙📣🏈🐏

Nothing makes us happier than welcoming back the IUP Cheerleaders for the third year in a row! 💙📣 Day one was full of learning, encouragement, teamwork, and lots of laughs. We're so grateful they continue to invest in our athletes year after year. Here's to an amazing camp!
