Changing The Community, CTC, is a non-profit organization based in Rochester, New York. We run an array of different programs for the youth in our community including but not limited to; strength & conditioning trainings, speed and agility trainings, life skills workshops, college recruiting workshops, 1on 1 personal training ect...... We also offer fitness & nutrition for adults including; Cardi

o boot camp, Zumba, & nutritional meal plans to assist with the growing rate of obesity in the community

Sign up today. Come be apart of the best football training summer program in the country. It will be first come first serve. The CTC Life Skills Football Camp is a two week intensive training program. We provide community services life skill courses, guest speakers ranging from business leaders to NFL athletes, college level football athletic training.
