Is the sticky, warm weather getting to you? We've had a couple tastes of that humid summer heat so far in Rochester, and I have some tips and tricks to help you embrace that heat and thrive through the season! We will explore various pranayama (breathwork) techniques designed to release heat and cool the body, as well as asana (posture) variations and modifications to harness or relieve heat.
