The North East Color Guard Circuit is sadden to hear of the passing of Tom Argy. Tom was a T&P judge for our Circuit for many years & was inducted into the NECGC Hall of Fame in 2004. Our thoughts & prayers go out to his family. RIP my friend you will be missed 😢
