One thing I'm always learning from my children is how to find joy in simple things, maintain my sense of wonder, and stay focused on what matters most. ✨

Today, I’m feeling so grateful for their resilience and curiosity. 🚀

I’m especially thankful for our young students, who never give up on the mat!

This crucial life skill comes with so much ease to them, and inspires me everyday; as an instructor, a parent, and a person.

… Anyone else feeling a little called out? LOL 👀👨‍👧‍👦

Baldwin’s words may seem funny, but it carries a lot of truth!

Nothing holds me more accountable than my children.

There have been many times I've seen my behavior reflected back to me in their actions.

Sometimes it’s hilarious, other times it stings… Mistakes happen, parents!

🌟 But at the end of the day, we have the enormous, gratifying job of showing our kids what it means to be kind, compassionate, and authentic human beings.

We are all doing our best to be the best role models we can be.

Even when my kids’ imitation of me isn't flattering, I'm grateful that they're holding me accountable! 😂❤️
