It’s March.
We are officially two months into the new year.
Be honest with yourself…

Did January and February go how you planned?

Did you start strong for a week…
Meal prepped.
Tracked.
Worked out.
Drank your water.

And then life happened?
Busy schedule. Low energy. Missed workouts. Skipped meals.
“Fell off.”

Started over.

Most women don’t fail because they don’t care.
They fail because they’re:
• Under-eating
• Not prioritizing protein
• Not strength training consistently
• Winging it day to day
• Trying to rely on motivation

And motivation fades fast.

March is where most people quietly give up on their New Year goals.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

GLP-1 lowers appetite.

But it doesn’t teach habits.
It doesn’t protect muscle.
It doesn’t build strength.

And it doesn’t fix your metabolism long-term.

Medications can reduce hunger — and that can help.

But eating less isn’t the same as eating strategically.

And losing weight isn’t the same as building a strong, sustainable body.

Without:
✔️ Adequate protein
✔️ Structured strength training
✔️ Consistent habits
✔️ A real plan

You risk losing muscle, lowering metabolism, and feeling lost when the medication changes or stops.

GLP-1 is a tool.

But tools don’t create transformation.
Structure does. 💪

Sound familiar⁉️

And here’s the humbling part…

I’m certified.�I’ve coached for years.�I know nutrition.�I know training.
But I wasn’t consistent.

What changed?
Structure.�Accountability.�Someone objective looking at my blind spots.�Someone adjusting the plan when life got busy.�Someone keeping me out of the all-or-nothing cycle.

The truth is:
Information isn’t the problem. �Implementation is.

Having a coach forced me to:�✔ follow through�✔ track consistently�✔ train with intention�✔ prioritize recovery�✔ build habits that stuck

Because even coaches need support.�Even disciplined people need structure.�Even knowledgeable women need accountability.

If you’re stuck in the Monday reset cycle…
You don’t need more information.
You need structure.

Some may say “it’s just a dog” but they are more than that! No one prepares you for the heart attach you feel when you have to say good bye.

Back in 2012, Roo girl became my best friend and family!

Yesterday, I had to say goodbye. 💔 I’ll never forget your hugs every time we walked through the door, how excited you got for walks and car rides, your love for cuddling, the way you barked and said your name every time (“Roo, Roo, Roo”), you were the best dog I could of asked for and you will never be replaced. I miss you so much!

Hit the rep number, go directly to the second exercise (core) and perform for 1 minute- rest for 30s and repeat 3-4x before moving onto the next exercise group.

MONDAY EMOM!

EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE! 🥵

You have 1 minute to finish the first exercise.

Once you hit the rep number you can rest for the remainder of the minute.

Once that minute is over you go directly into the second exercise - do the second exercise the whole minute. Complete that minute then go right back to the first exercise and repeat it again.

Each “station” is a total of 4 minutes.

Rest 1 min I between each station!
