Pay attention to that feeling when you scroll.

That’s not motivation. That’s noise.

Not every tip is meant for you. Not every voice deserves space in your head.

I was having dinner with my friend Alexia the other day, and she said to me that my tombstone should say “I don’t waste my time.”

At first, we laughed about it. And then, I recognized that she is not wrong.

I’ve become VERY protective of my energy, my peace, my purpose, and the people I give access to.

I certainly don't think I’m too important! But I truly believe that life moves fast, and I’ve learned that time is ONE thing you never get back.

I have stopped wasting time on fake urgency.
On draining conversations.
On staying small to make other people comfortable.
On waiting for “the perfect moment.”

People think I have too many projects and I am busy all the time. What they don't see behind the scenes, is that I am very intentional about where I spend my time: building, connecting, creating, learning, resting, laughing, loving, and making an impact while life is still .

Your time is your life.
Spend it like it matters.
