Join us for a special Home Meet as we come together to celebrate and honor our incredible 2026 Rochester Gymnastics Seniors. These athletes have dedicated years of hard work, passion, and heart to this sport, and we would love for our community to help us recognize them on this meaningful night. 💚💙💚💚
🌟 Meet Our Seniors 🌟
💫 Nyah Young – Mayo
• Years in Gymnastics: 13
• Favorite Memory: Spending time with teammates—at meets, on bus rides home, at fun parties, and in the gym
• Future Plans: Attend RCTC and enter the Vet Tech Program
• Advice: Have fun during meets! Don’t stress—having fun makes everything easier
• Outside the Gym: Painting, reading, and snuggling with her cat 🐾
💫 Carly Moravec – Mayo
• Years in Gymnastics: 10
• Favorite Memory: Pre-meet hype
• Future Plans: Pre-med track with goals of PA or Medical School
• Advice: Always show up for yourself. Face your fears, be patient with progress, and celebrate every small win. Trust your body, your effort, and the resilience you’ve built.
• Outside the Gym: Mayo Clinic volunteer programs, Honors Choir of SE MN, and working as a PCA
💫 Cecilia Kesselring – Century
• Years in Gymnastics: 9
• Favorite Memory: Getting new skills and laughing on the bus rides home
• Future Plans: Bio track leading to wildlife veterinary medicine
• Advice: Have fun while you can! Don’t get stuck in your head—keep trying even when it’s not perfect
• Outside the Gym: Century Track (Hurdles)
💫 Kendra Horsman – Mayo
• Years in Gymnastics: 12 (off and on, ages 5–17)
• Favorite Memory: Making her tsuk at sections last year—an unforgettable moment of perseverance, teamwork, and love after working through injury
• Future Plans: College for nursing
• Advice: Don’t stress so much that you forget to have fun. The years fly by, and what you put into practice is what you’ll get out
• Outside the Gym: Track, Art Club, Bible Club, volunteering at Paws & Claws, and time with family and friends
