Rochester Hills Skating And Sports Arena's Most Popular Team! In this time, the Eagles added members Dan Chambers, Steve Burr and Scot Papenberg to the roster.

The Easton Eagles...Rochester Hills Skating & Sports Arena's most popular team and longest running franchise. The team known as the Eagles formed in February of 2007 with leaders Nick Kish, Brandon Lewis and Nick Casanova joining the team together with other members. The team later absorbed into the Purple Cobras for two seasons before finally forming the EASTON EAGLES in December 2007. In Fall 20

08 they picked up free agent Chris Rumble in his first go around with the team. Winter 2010 was probably the biggest time of acquisition when they added goaltender Zack Tselis-Jackson from the Ice Holes and finally signed draft pick Justin Eagle. Jake Bell was also acquired for this season before his return to the Ice Holes organization. Defenseman Dan Jarzyna would return to the team around the start of 2011 before taking over the Easton Eagles new minor squad as their captain. With the open roster spot, the Eagles signed rookie star Zach Wagner. This move would create the missing piece to the puzzle as the Easton Eagles won the Spring 2011 Aluminum Championship with an 8-5 victory over the 3 time defending champions: The Chiefs. After rebuilding in the 2014 summer while playing at The New Rink in Shelby Township, a new look came to the Eagles around their core. By 2017, the Eagles roster contained Kish, Chambers, Burr, Papenberg, Matt Berard, Nate Koweck, Greg Fehlinger, Brett Tatge, Nick Griffith and goaltender Jeff Uhls when they won the Winter Iron Championship in the Little Caesars Roller Hockey Leagues at Joe Dumars Fieldhouse.

ON THIS DAY IN EASTON EAGLES HISTORY: 9/15/16 - In a 7-3 victory over the Chargers, an shot block early in the 3rd period gave the Eagles Captain the first (and hopefully only) 13 stitches of his career to go along with his 2 - 2nd period goals.

Easton Eagles Hockey returns tomorrow night at Fraser Hockeyland as the Eagles take on the defending champion Jagr Bombs!

10 Years Ago Today…potentially known as the greatest day in Easton Eagles history, the franchise achieved their first ever championship with an 8-5 victory over the 3-time defending champs, the Chiefs. Though much has happened over the last 10 years, the Easton Eagles team is strong as can be playing in their 38th season at the Fraser Roller Hockey Leagues. Today, we honor the team that solidified a goal that was set in locker room 4 at the Skate Zone in late 2007; a goal to build a new team to compete for a championship. That goal was achieved in season 10; happy anniversary to the members of that team.
