🏅 That’s a Wrap on Summer Wrestling Camp! 🐾

Rochester Club PAW just finished an incredible wrestling camp full of energy, learning, and unforgettable moments! 💪

From our youngest grapplers to our seasoned youth athletes, everyone brought passion and determination to the mat. We drilled the basics, sharpened our takedowns, and built confidence one session at a time. Most importantly, we had FUN doing it. 🎯

📸 Check out the highlight photos below! Whether it was a fierce scramble, a victorious hand raise, or a water break with teammates, the memories made this week were something special. Thank you to all the wrestlers, coaches, and families who made it happen.

Our Introduction to Wrestling course is BACK — designed for boys and girls ages 5–7! This is the perfect way to build confidence, learn the basics, and have a blast on the mat 🤼‍♂️🤼‍♀️

Summer Open Mats Are Here!

Wrestlers—step up your game this summer with Club Paw Wrestling! Our weekly Open Mat sessions are perfect for boys and girls ages 11–14 who want to sharpen their technique, build strength, and get valuable mat time in a fun, focused environment.

Whether you’re looking to drill, spar, or just stay sharp this summer, our lightly structured sessions give you the space to grow—with guidance from experienced coaches and support from motivated teammates.
