Rochester Club PAW just finished an incredible wrestling camp full of energy, learning, and unforgettable moments! πŸ’ͺ

From our youngest grapplers to our seasoned youth athletes, everyone brought passion and determination to the mat. We drilled the basics, sharpened our takedowns, and built confidence one session at a time. Most importantly, we had FUN doing it. 🎯

Wrestlersβ€”step up your game this summer with Club Paw Wrestling! Our weekly Open Mat sessions are perfect for boys and girls ages 11–14 who want to sharpen their technique, build strength, and get valuable mat time in a fun, focused environment.

Whether you’re looking to drill, spar, or just stay sharp this summer, our lightly structured sessions give you the space to growβ€”with guidance from experienced coaches and support from motivated teammates.
