We offer personal training, group classes and nutrition consultations. Whether you are trying to lose weight, prepare for a competition, change your lifestyle to integrate fitness or meet a health related goal, we are willing to work with you. Classes:
Classes are $10 per session.
-Boot camp: Saturdays at 10 am

*We are always looking for new class ideas to make fitness more fun.

Christmas Eve: 5:30am to 5pm
Christmas day: Closed

New Years Eve: 5:30 am to 5pm
New Years: 11 am to 10pm

Rochester Gym is an old school body building gym. We have been criticized about our equipment among many other things and have had a really hard year.

But God! We persevere.

When you arrive to the gym at 5am and see that your members have put up your Christmas tree decorated it with ornaments and lights they went out and purchased.

Best RG family ever. Blessed!!!
