Reaching out to the parents with college kids...
I'm attaching a great article from Western Kentucky University on the importance of college kids maintaining a consistent exercise routine. So many benefits, not the least of which is to stave off depression and anxiety.

I've stumbled into a bit of a niche I was not anticipating. I put together a couple of routines for kids heading off to school and there seems to be a larger need for it. These are not generic routines, they're based on what your kids have available to use. Some may have access to an IM facility or gym, some may just be doing body weight exercises. Doesn't matter, I set it up individually. They get one week at a time and we do either a short virtual on Sunday or a phone call to go over the previous week and discuss any changes that need to be made. I adjust the upcoming week's program based on that conversation. I did this for a handful of kids last year and it's actually quite fun since the kids, unlike most of their parents, actually do it! Some routines are 2 or 3x per week while others are more. The program is set up on a "per semester" outline.
