A pretty successful road trip to Dixon today. Final scores from today:

7th Grade - Rochelle 22, Dixon 12
8th Grade - Rochelle 36, Dixon 6
6th Grade - Rochelle 36, Dixon 0
5th Grade - Rochelle 2, Dixon 28

Next weekend we travel south to take on LaSalle-Peru. Please take note that there will be a venue change for this game. LaSalle-Peru HS has a home game on Saturday, so our games will be moved to:

It's game day! Today all roads lead to Dixon as we travel west to take on the Jr Dukes!

They play their games at Volunteer Field (1716 Washington Ave) but the address you will want to use to access their parking lot is 1720 N Brinton Ave.

We will have a full schedule of football for the day, with scheduled start times being:

7th Grade - 10:00 am
8th Grade - 11:30 am
6th Grade - 1:00 pm
5th Grade - 2:30 pm

Saturday we travel to Dixon to take on the Jr Dukes in our week 3 matchup. They play their games at Volunteer Field (1716 Washington Ave) but the address you will want to use to access their parking lot is 1720 N Brinton Ave.

Dixon only has white uniforms, so even thought we are the visiting team, we will be wearing our home purple jerseys to have contrasting colors. Usually a good idea to bring both anyway.

They have all 4 teams so we will have a full schedule of football for the day:

7th Grade - 10:00 am
8th Grade - 11:30 am
6th Grade - 1:00 pm
5th Grade - 2:30 pm

Hope to see a lot of fans out there Saturday cheering on our players!

It's been a great 2 weeks, looking to keep the momentum rolling into next weekend in Dixon.

Varsity Hubs play tonight at RTHS at 5:00 pm if you still have an itch for more football!

It's game day! Today we host the Macktown Warriors in our week 2 matchup, and 2026 season home opener. They do not have an 8th grade team, so the game times will be adjusted. Schedule for the day will be:

7th Grade - 10:00 am
8th Grade - No Game, Forfeit Win
6th Grade - 11:30 am
5th Grade - 1:00 pm

Big 14 Conference Rules:
No Coolers
No Pets
No Smoking inside the facility

Admission:
Adults - $5.00
Students - $3.00

Our games are played at Helms Field on Joanne Ln. Parking is available across the street in the REC parking lot, or there is street parking on Joanne and surrounding streets. Please be mindful of the nearby residents and their properties.

This Saturday we host Macktown in our home opener! The do not have an 8th grade team so some game times get bumped up.

It's GAME DAY!

Today we travel to Streator to take on the Bulldogs in our 2026 season opener!

Game schedule for the day will be:

7th Grade - No Game, Forfeit Win
8th Grade - 11:00 am
6th Grade - 12:30 pm
5th Grade - 2:00 pm

Streator plays their games at the Streator High School football field, 407 W Morrell St. (https://maps.app.goo.gl/FYcjCGmDrdiKzfTa7)

We are the visiting team and will wear our white jerseys, but it is never a bad idea to bring both in case of changes.

Streator has contacted us and said they looked at their field again and the weather and they are comfortable hosting games tomorrow. So plan on playing in Streator with start times of:

8th - 11:00 am
6th - 12:30 pm
5th - 2:00 pm

If something for some reason changes between now and then we will be sure to update you all immediately

Streator will be assessing their field conditions Sunday morning at 6:00 am and will let us know if they are able to host. If they cannot, they are willing to travel here to get the games in. We are going to wait for a break in the rain and get a large group of coaches/volunteers to get the game field painted, just in case. IF the games get moved here, we are going to be in need of volunteers to assist with concessions and admissions. Do we have any fans or family members willing to help make this happen? Silver service hours are available to any high schooler interested. Of course if you volunteer you would not be asked to miss your player's game. Please let us know if you are available to help out tomorrow, if the need arises.

Again, Streator is going to attempt to host the games but if their field is unplayable they are willing to travel here to play so we get our games in.

Adjusted Sunday start times would be:
7th Grade - No Game
8th Grade - 11:00 am
6th Grade - 12:30 pm
5th Grade - 2:00 pm
