Pushups for points - DEFCON 1 coach Stephanie Strange from SDC Core making Raj and Mark pay up penalty pushups for misses during training... we’ll never make those mistakes again (so we hope...)

The USPA Skydiving Nationals VFS Intermediate event has concluded and DEFCON 1 finished second with 60 points and a 12 point average. We are thankful to our supporters Vertical Suits, iFLY, Skydive Kapowsin and a special thanks to Rook Nelson for flying camera with us at Nationals.

Some fun facts:
1. We had the highest scoring round with 22 points
2. We had 70 points in total and 10 busts

Looking forward to returning back to the Northwest and flying with friends

We completed 4 rounds yesterday to put us in 2nd place. We have been weathered out so far today. Crossing our fingers for some improvement on the weather so we can finish today.
