Meet Brian

🐄🏋️ From cattle farming to crushing fitness goals, meet Brian! He described his job as “long hours, hard labor, and essentially a 24/7 job.” Before joining us, he struggled with eating healthy & sleep. But just months into CrossFit, he shared, “I started to see a change in my body. My mindset got better with more sleep, and my stress level improved.”

Now? “I am in better shape, healthier, and can do a lot on the farm without getting tired easily,” he beams.

Pushing the pace and going for high reps can be exhilarating, but let's talk about the unsung hero of CrossFit: Heavy Days. 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

Why are Heavy Days so crucial? First off, lifting heavy weights helps to build raw strength, which is a foundation for virtually every other aspect of fitness. It's the cornerstone that supports other elements like speed, power, and endurance.

Secondly, Heavy Days challenge your central nervous system in a unique way, teaching it to recruit more muscle fibers effectively. This improves your efficiency in performing other movements and increases your overall athletic capability.

Lastly, focusing solely on heavy lifting for a day allows you to refine your technique. By limiting the number of reps, you can pay greater attention to form, leading to better ex*****on and, ultimately, more gains.
