💪 Workout of the Week 💪

Looking for a simple, effective workout that hits your entire body?

Give this 30-Minute Total Body Strength Workout a try the next time you're in the gym!

✅ Builds strength
✅ Burns calories
✅ Beginner-friendly
✅ Uses common gym equipment
✅ Perfect when you're not sure what to do

3 Rounds:
🏋️ Leg Press – 12 reps
🏋️ Dumbbell Chest Press – 12 reps
🏋️ Seated Row – 12 reps
🏋️ Goblet Squats – 12 reps
🏋️ Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 10 reps
🏋️ Walking Lunges – 10 each leg

Rest 60 seconds and repeat for 3 rounds.

🔥 Finisher (2 Rounds):
30 sec Step-Ups
30 sec Battle Ropes (or fast march)
30 sec Mountain Climbers
30 sec Rest

Remember: Focus on good form, controlled movements, and choosing a weight that challenges you while allowing you to complete all reps safely.
