It's time for shoutouts! A couple old, and a couple new. Aleks, or newest edition, received his first stripe back in early January. Won't be long until he gets another. Josh (the giant) continues to improve his game week after week. His belt is getting heavy with those four stripes, so we'll have to get him a new one soon.

In more recent news, Max was promoted to his 4th stripe on his blue belt. I couldn't be more proud of his progress. He is always positive and is an excellent example of our challenged-play training model.

I was finally able to connect with Coach Rodney at an awesome seminar last month. Honored to be awarded my 3rd stripe on my purple belt. Always so much more to learn.

Incredibly proud of Max. Three years of hard work and dedication is finally being rewarded with a promotion to his blue belt. Max is like a sponge, taking in every detail and bringing it back 10x the next week. He's got a fantastic attitude and I look forward to spending time on the mats with him every week.
