e fitness community. Emerging after years of experience and interest with CrossFit methods, the opportunity to bring the pursuit of fitness to the greater Roanoke Valley became a reality. The creation of Community Unify Roanoke (CFUR) developed from the minds of our exceptional team using a Functional Fitness platform coupled with exercise science to put together a truly unique affiliate operation.
